In this special session, Chano Domínguez plays “Gracias a la vida” with all his sweet interpretive maturity. This musician from Cadiz has managed to cross the Spanish borders thanks to a successful career with personal projects as “Chano & Josele”, his adventure with Tomatito or the adaptation of Federico García Lorca’s compositions with Ana Belén.
A few years ago, Chano Domínguez, who along with other great artists of his generation has contributed to create a brand new musical language, packed his bags and moved to the United States.
He is now in Spain to promote his latest album “Over the Rainbow”, a set of “Latin standards”live recordings with that particular sound that he created with his pals twisting flamenco, adding freedom, jazz, lack of complexes and at the same time getting closer to the shared Latin American heritage.
